NCN Media sponsored the opening Gala dinner of masterpieces of the 19th Century European paintings from the Perez Simon Collection Presented by NCN Media.

In the evening of March 28, guests gathered at the Century Hall of Beijing World Art Museum to attend the NCN-sponsored gala dinner of Master Pieces of the 19th Century European Paintings of the Juntos Actuados Foundation.

The 100 masterpieces, created by well-known European artists in the 19th century, represent the diverse art forms of classicism, romanticism, realism, impressionism and Pre-Raphaelite art, so they can compare with those in the world-leading art museums, such as Louvre Museum, British Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, etc.

The owner of those collections is Mexican business magnate, Juan Antonio Perez Simon, one of the most famed art connoisseurs in America. In the early 1990s, he formed the Juntos Actuados Foundation, a private organization dedicated to public service in Mexico. Owing to Mr. Simon’s admiration for European culture, interest in art collection and strong economic strength, the Juntos Actuados Foundation became one of the largest private art collection institutions beyond Europe. Those collections showcase Western-style art and aesthetics, and are the greatest creation of mankind. The persistent pursuit of beauty is the power of Mr. Simon to collect art works worldwide, and sharing his findings and collections with the public is the supreme objective of the Foundation.

This exhibition also got strong support from Beijing World Art Museum. In recent years, the Beijing World Art Museum has spared no effort to introduce global art and culture valuables into China, facilitating Chinese people to appreciate art treasures in the country.
